  • PAYMENT
    All payments must be paid in full at the start of each session. Cash or Electronic options available. A $30 Surcharge for Electronic Payment via Zelle or Square. Contracts Vary*
  • LATE FEES
    No late fees will be added on sessions where client is late, but the time of the session will not be extended from the start of said set booked time to accommodate client lateness.
  • COPYRIGHT & USAGE RIGHTS
    All images and video recordings, and audios are owned, nonexclusive to, and subject to copyright under ALXPRODUCTIONX and its photographers/videographers. Usage rights are granted to the client based on the type of project and agreement. By accepting service, you fully understand and agree to the terms and conditions. The client ("You") authorizes ALXPRODUCTIONX and its Photographers/Videographers to take photographs, video recordings, and or audio recordings as well as grant use to voice, image, likeness, performance and name. The client ("You") grants ALXPRODUCTIONX and its Photographers/Videographers unlimited rights to reproduce, use, sell, enter contest, exhibit, display, perform, broadcast, create derivative works from, and distribute the Images, Video Recordings, and Audios in any manner or media now existing or hereafter developed, in perpetuity throughout the world. The client ("You") may not sell, enter contest, display, perform, broadcast, use, create derivative works from, and distribute the Images, Video Recordings, and Audios outside its sole intended purposes, licenses, and category. The client ("You") agrees that the Images, Video Recordings, and Audios may be used by ALXPRODUCTIONX and its Photographers/Videographers, including its assigns and transferees, for any purpose, including but not limited to, marketing, advertising, publicity, or other promotional purposes. The client ("You") agrees that ALXPRODUCTIONX will have final editorial authority over the use of the Images, Video Recordings, and Audios, and the client waives any right to inspect or approve of any future use of the Images, Video Recordings, and Audios. The client ("You") acknowledges that there is no expectation to receiving compensation for participating in the content created by ALXPRODUCTIONX and its Photographers/Videographers including any future use of the Images, Video Recordings, and Audios created. The client ("You") releases and fully discharges ALXPRODUCTIONX, and its Photographers/Videographers, and representatives, from any claim, damages, or liability arising from or related to services provided and any participation in the Images, Video Recordings, and Audios created as well as any future uses of these Images, Video Recordings, and Audios.
  • CANCELLATION
    Cancellations must be made within 72 hours or by Contract. If a session is cancelled at the very start of session. The Photographer reserves the right to deny service to any client(s) who repeatedly have a history of cancellations. If ALXPRODUCTIONX cannot perform this contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to illness or emergency, then the Videographer/Photographer shall rebook for another time that both parties are available but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract. This shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in the processing, lost through camera or other media malfunctions, lost in mail or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event ALXPRODUCTIONX fails for any other reason, ALXPRODUCTIONX shall not be liable for any amount in excess of all monies paid.
  • REFUNDS
    No refunds. Lateness, or cancellation without notice will result in enforcing of Contracts.
  • TURN AROUND TIME
    Images and Videos are delivered between 2-5 Business days. Depending on Contract.
  • RESCHEDULING
    Reschedules are available to clients on days both parties are available.
  • "EDITED IMAGES"
    Images are edited prior to release with software to improve colors and sharpness. RAW options are available for purchase.
